In one line: under the QNM D3 obligation (Lorentzian structure without an imported flat metric), we publicly deposit a programme-native algebraic Lorentzian face landing and related machine witnesses. This is a bill reduction / priority stake — not cosmogenesis closure, not a claim that Minkowski spacetime was discovered for the first time.

Not “we invented algebraic Lorentzian geometry” — the classical Herm(2,ℂ) / spin-factor ↔ Lorentzian quadratic form link is long known in the literature
