Academic Code Integrity Audit — Public Disclosure Statement
1. Purpose
This statement reports a first-wave, batch-wise academic integrity audit of the research codebase that supports claims already disclosed in the QNM / DFC–ACEH manuscripts.
Do the model registers and supporting scripts honestly respect the claim boundaries stated in the papers — or is there evidence of academic misconduct such as false payment language, tip scores decoupled from machine-readable gates, or flipped governance flags?
It does not announce a new physical theorem, and it does not upgrade unpaid programme gates.

Automated scanners flagged candidates; human disposition was required for any CRITICAL-class hit before a misconduct conclusion.
3. Principal results
signature_derived payment, tip/manuscript cartography mismatch after the 2026-07-20 hygiene refresh, a falsely passed L06 acceptance package, or flipped governance flags in the audited artefacts. All five batches passed at the CRITICAL level after disposition of false positives.
3.1 Tip cartography (intermediate bar only)
